Important Details & Timeline: Merritts’ Bahamas After-Cruise Lakehouse Party
THIS IS IT TEAM — IMPORTANT MORNING REMINDER
Good morning! Today is Lakehouse Party Day! 🌴
Please follow these steps carefully:
1. Go to Royal Theater (Deck 5) at 8:00 AM
Royal Caribbean is staging our group there and releasing us in groups to the buses. This helps keep everyone together and prevents anyone from getting lost.
2. Wear your THIS IS IT Team lanyard
Our volunteers will use this to identify you and guide you to the correct bus.
3. After exiting the ship:
• Pick up your luggage
• Go through customs
• Follow signs to Ground Transportation / Buses
• Look for THIS IS IT Team volunteers holding signs
4. IMPORTANT — Your luggage stays on your assigned bus all day
Pack a separate smaller bag with anything you need for the party. We will NOT have access to the buses again until 7:00 PM.
5. Remember your bus number
You must return on the same bus your luggage is on.

Driving & Parking Instructions
If you are driving your own vehicle, please note that parking is limited.
• Parking is NOT permitted on Pine Drive.
• All event parking will be on Highridge Road only.
• Please follow the posted parking signs when you arrive.
• Parking attendants will be present in the morning to assist and direct you.
🌴 Arrival at the Merritts’ Lakehouse
Once you arrive, you’ll enjoy:
• Lunch provided by the Merritts at 1pm
• Swimming, tubing, and lake activities
• Celebration, connection, and This Is It Team teaching
• Dinner provided by the Merritts
🎒 What to Bring
To help make transportation smooth and limit luggage access during the event, please:
• Pack a separate smaller bag for the party if you are riding the bus back to the hotel
• Bring a towel
• Bathing suit
• Change of clothes
• Personal items you may need for the day
Your main luggage will remain on the bus and will not be accessible until the buses return in the evening.
🚌 Evening Departure
• After sunset, you will be shuttled back to the Courtyard Marriott Miami Airport.
🍽️ Meals Are Included
Lunch and dinner will both be provided at the Merritts’ Lakehouse.
We cannot wait to welcome you and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished.
